About Hatha I
This class is open to all levels of experience and ability. In every class, you will experience a centering practice, breath training, gentle movement, asana poses, imagery, relaxation, and meditation. The instructor will provide options to accommodate individual students as well as the needs of the whole group. Some asana poses may flow from one to the next, but most poses will be taught as individual postures with attention given to finding comfort and safe alignment. At least 15 minutes at the end of class will be dedicated to relaxation and meditation in the Himalayan Tradition.
